Welcome to the website of 1239 (Broxbourne & Hoddesdon) Squadron Air Training Corps. 1239 Squadron is part of the Air Cadet Organisation, a nationwide military organisation for young people aged 13 - 19 years old.

Air cadets have the opportunity to participate in a numerous activities including flying and gliding, adventurous training and camps, competitive sports, drill, shooting, music, radio and engineering projects, and the Duke of Edinburgh Award scheme.

Being an Air Cadet is about having fun, adventure, incredible experiences and making new friends. We expect a lot from our cadets - it is a serious commitment that requires self discipline, self motivation and self confidence.

1239 Squadron parades at John Warner School on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 1900 - 2130 hrs.
